AB Various forms of epidermolysis bullosa have been rarely associated with amyloidosis. A case is presented of a child with epidermolysis bullosa of the Weber- Cockayne type and macular amyloidosis. A possible mechanism for both diseases may involve basal cell lysosomal activation.
