AB  - Coronary artery disease (CAD) causes significant morbidity and mortality. Accurate noninvasive evaluation is important to facilitate appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The ubiquitous nature of CAD requires all practitioners, regardless of their specialty, to be familiar with noninvasive diagnostic modalities. This article reviews currently available tests, including specific features, diagnostic and prognostic value, strengths, and limitations.
