Three options are available: gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues, oocyte cryopreservation, and ovarian tissue cryopreservation. A fourth option, ovarian transposition, is valid for patients undergoing pelvic radiation but is not useful in patients undergoing chemotherapy.
