This article reviews the evidence of efficacy (or lack thereof) for two types of agents touted as antiaging therapies: antioxidants (vitamin E, vitamin C, and carotenoids) and hormones (growth hormone, testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone, and vitamin D).
