Here, we describe the features of cystic lung disease that point to lymphangioleiomyomatosis, Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome, pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis, interstitial pneumonia, congenital cystic lung disease, pulmonary infection, and systemic disease.
