AB  - Movement disorder emergencies in the elderly—such as rigidity, dystonia, hyperkinetic movements, and psychiatric disturbances—are challenging to manage. Many cases are iatrogenic. In theory, some cases could be avoided by anticipating them and by avoiding polypharmacy and potentially dangerous drug interactions.
