To clarify the clinical spectrum of metastatic meningioma and to highlight its importance for the pulmonary physician, the authors describe one case and review 112 others. Metastatic meningioma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the solitary pulmonary nodule, especially in patients with an associated intracranial mass.
