AB Adjunctive therapy is critical in treating acute coronary syndromes. Aspirin, nitrates, beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins), and intra-aortic balloon pumps all have important roles and should be considered on a case-by-case basis.
