AB  - Ball-valve intermittent poppet dislodgment into the left ventricle is a rare complication, having been reported previously only in patients with the Braunwald-Cutter prosthesis. This type of variance is reported in a patient with an aortic Starr-Edwards prosthesis and minimal symptoms.
