AB  - Patients with antiphospholipid syndrome can suffer recurrent thrombosis that is very difficult to manage. Recent research has demonstrated that high-intensity anticoagulation is not superior to standard therapy. Basic questions about the nature and treatment of this syndrome remain unanswered.
