AB  - Despite isolated reports of myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death in men taking sildenafil for erectile dysfunction, clinical evidence shows the drug to be safe, effective, and well tolerated in most men with coronary artery disease. Nevertheless, caution is advised in specific instances.
