Usually this cardiotoxicity presents as a distinct syndrome in which the left ventricle is more seriously affected than the right ventricle. A case of severe right-sided ventricular dysfunction shortly after an aggressive cycle of chemotherapy for metastatic colon carcinoma is presented.
