AB  - The authors describe a patient with effort-induced angina pectoris and nearly normal coronary arteries who had ST segment elevation after stress ECG in the postexercise recovery period. The patient experienced angina only during exercise. Exercise-induced ST segment elevation, although uncommon, may be secondary to a variety of causes. Selective coronary angiography is often indicated for the diagnosis and appropriate management of the patient.
