YR 1984 UL http://www.ccjm.org/content/51/1/77.abstract AB We present a patient with a recurrent sinus of Valsalva aneurysm after unsuccessful surgical repair associated with right ventricular outflow tract obstruction. Two-dimensional echocardiography accurately localized the aneurysm and played a key role in the diagnosis, since physical signs of right-sided obstruction were absent. Cardiac catheterization confirmed the diagnosis. Postoperatively, two-dimensional echocardiography appears useful in judging the success or failure of surgery.
