AB  - A massive intramuscular myxoma associated with fibrous dysplasia of the bone in a 70-year-old man was successfully resected. Only 15 such cases of this rare combination of lesions have been reported. Careful differential diagnosis is necessary because of the similarity of this lesion to sarcoma.
