AB  - A significant number of congenital anomalies of the lung manifest for the first time in adulthood. Patients may present with an incidental finding on a routine chest radiograph or with symptoms related to some complication of the anomaly. Such late presentation and an uneventful history may mislead the clinician to consider only acquired rather than congenital disorders. This paper is a concise guide to the diagnosis of congenital anomalies of the lung in adults without surgical intervention.
