AB  - Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), the most common type of leukemia, is often discovered incidentally when a complete blood count is performed during a routine examination. This disease varies in its course, eventually requiring treatment in most patients, but remaining indolent without therapy in a lucky minority. This paper reviews the pathology, diagnosis, and treatment of CLL.
