AB  - Although Sjögren’s syndrome is an autoimmune disorder, immunosuppressive agents have yielded disappointing results in clinical trials. In this paper we summarize our experience using immunosuppressive and cytotoxic agents to treat Sjögren’s syndrome, and present an illustrative case history.
