AB  - Fertility concerns are common in men and women of reproductive age, and primary care physicians are often the first line in addressing, assessing, and referring these patients. This article reviews the answers to questions patients often ask, and outlines a practical framework for the evaluation and management of the infertile couple. Up-to-date information is provided on available assisted reproductive technologies for the infertile couple, as well as preserving fertility in the setting of aging-related changes in the female reproductive system.
