ABSTRACT
We describe a rare malignant neoplasm, cutaneous T-cell immunoblastic sarcoma (IBS-T). Clinical examination revealed multiple 3-6 mm salmon-pink papules. On biopsy, these papules contained perivascular dermal infiltrates with atypical mononuclear cells, characterized by immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy as T lymphocytes with phenotype T3+, T11+, Ia+ and B1-, κ-, λ-, which exhibited focal epidermotropism.
