ABSTRACT
The authors present three cases of the Alagille syndrome in which the pulmonary artery anatomy was well defined by intravenous digital subtraction angiography (DSA). The degree of pulmonary artery hypoplasia varied in all three patients and was readily identified by digital techniques. DSA provides an easy, safe method to study the intracardiac and pulmonary artery abnormalities in patients with this syndrome.
