ABSTRACT
Nodular regenerative hyperplasia of the liver is described in a case report of a 59-year-old man who presented with hematemesis and varices. He had a 20-year history of severe rheumatoid arthritis and a threeyear history of Felty’s syndrome. Nodular regenerative hyperplasia is a cause of noncirrhotic portal hypertension.
