    Skin infection at the puncture site
    Spine infection at the puncture site
    Thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 50 × 109/L) or use of antithrombotic agents other than aspirin
    Coagulopathy (international normalized ratio > 1.4) or use of anticoagulants
